We want you to feel confident in your purchase from Yetunde Inherited. That is why we offer a risk free trial. Our undershirts and crop tops are designed to be underarm sweat proof. If the item does not perform as designed after one shift, for example if it does not absorb underarm sweat or sips through, you can exchange it or request a refund. Please note that we may ask for a photo of the item to approve the exchange or refund.

We want you to feel satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our returns and refund policy below. This policy complies with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

• All original packaging must be included, except the outer shipping box.

• Items must be free of signs of wear, odour, or alteration.

• We reserve the right to deny a return or refund if the item does not meet these conditions.

Who Covers Return Shipping?
Unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Exchanges
If the size is not right, we are happy to offer an exchange, subject to stock availability. Please return the original item as per the return guidelines above and clearly indicate the new size required.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty:

• Fabric sold by the yard (cut to order items are considered bespoke)

• Final sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 - 10 working days.

• Shipping costs (if any were paid) are non refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will cover the return postage and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

How to Return
Email us at info@yetundeinherited.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will provide instructions on where to send your return. Package your item securely and retain proof of postage.

Shipping
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £60. For returns not due to a fault or error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
