We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work for orders placed through Yetunde Inherited.

Returns

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

After telling us that you want to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Items should be returned in their original condition. You may handle an item as reasonably necessary to inspect it. If an item has been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, a deduction may apply where permitted by law.

Exchanges

If you have ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange for another available size.

Garments may be tried on for fit but must not be worn or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to check the size and fit.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Exchanges are subject to availability. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

If we sent you the wrong size, please contact us and we will arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.

Fabric

Fabric cut to your requested length may not be eligible for cancellation where the order is genuinely made to your specifications or falls within an applicable legal exception.

If you receive fabric that is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us and we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, where helpful, photographs showing the issue.

We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received, or where applicable once you have provided proof of return, we will process your refund.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

For an online cancellation, standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.

Where permitted by law, a deduction may apply if an item has been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

How to Return

Return Shipping

If you change your mind about an order, you are normally responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will cover reasonable return costs where applicable.

Hygiene

For products that are worn against the body, return eligibility may be affected where the product has been unsealed or used in circumstances where a hygiene exception applies.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
