Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared and packaged within 1 to 3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
UK Shipping
Pickup Point Delivery: £3.99
Have your order delivered to a local pickup point.
Standard Delivery: £4.99
Free UK shipping on orders over £60.
Orders may be sent using Royal Mail, DPD, Evri or another tracked delivery service.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.
Estimated delivery times are:

International Shipping
If international shipping is available for your order, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information where tracking is available.
If your tracking information does not appear immediately, please allow up to 24 hours for the courier's system to update.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier backlogs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
