We aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

Your order will be carefully prepared and packaged within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). This is the time it takes us to get your order ready to ship.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time and does not include the time it takes for your package to be delivered.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times begin from the moment your package leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the UK and selected international locations.

UK Shipping

    • Pickup Point Delivery (UK) – £3.99
      Have your order delivered to a local pickup point for convenience.

    • Free Shipping on all UK orders over £60

    • Flat Rate Shipping – £4.99 (for orders under £60)

    • All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, or another tracked courier service.

International Shipping

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:

  • UK: 2–5 working days

  • Europe: 5–10 working days

  • Rest of World: 7–14 working days

These are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your package directly with the courier.

If your tracking number doesn’t work right away, please allow 24 hours for it to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please first check your tracking number. Then feel free to contact us at info@yetundeinherited.com. and we’ll help resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier backlogs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
