Shipping

We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £60. Standard shipping rates apply for orders below this threshold. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Returns

We accept returns in line with UK consumer law. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details. In short:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return an item
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with product packaging included
Fabric sold by the yard, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable unless faulty
Exchanges are offered for sizing issues, subject to stock availability

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear description and images. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your legal rights.
